What DoorDash did:
I reached out to regrauds to my order ! My order was 105 dollars , I was charged 132 dollars and some change exactly ! Half my groceries I did not receive & the ones I did , my dasher got the total OPPSITE now that was disrespectful if didn’t have item I should’ve been issued automatically or reach out to choose what I want instead but wasn’t this is nonsense support keeps declining the request then says oh can’t do nothing this order was a few days ago okay I been reached out regrauds when I got the order !! Costumer support agent, was rude I spoke to a lot of them to regrauds of this . Closed out my chat & all I am very upset due to this is my transportation with groceries because I am a single mother that , has low income and could only take bus for groceries.
