What PayPal did:
a buyer gave a fraudulent claim that they did not receive their item and it was not as described I provided information to paypal describing the situation and tracking proving the item was received ..this was a customized unit there are absolutely no refunds issued for customized units they also do not warrant customized units to be refunded so when the buyer was not able to get her money back she filed with her credit card company paypal then gave the money back to her and I was at a loss I want my money back as this was a fraudulent claim I was never privy to any of the information about the claim against myself I was told by paypal that once a credit card company gets involved they are no longer coming after me directly they are going after paypal and then I am not going to be able to get any of the information pertaining to this case at this point I have lost $340 on this particular case which was fraudulent I was unable to represent myself and my funds were taken from me and given back to the buyer at my expense I did not agree to a refund I fought this charge as much as I could on my end once paypal was contacted by the credit card company it then was a charge against them not myself and they took my money back out of my account and gave it to the credit card company at this time they are again doing the same thing with another case where the buyer states that this was a fraudulent unauthorized transaction which was not true the transaction was done through paypal’s payment system I am now being told that I am unable again to represent myself I have got no information stating that this claim has even occurred like the other one when I contacted them they told me that the credit company is not going after me they are going after paypal and if the credit card company decides in the buyers favor that money they are holding for this last sale will also be taken from my account at this point I want the money that they have given back to the credit card company and additional charges for my time and for the fees that is going to cost me to pursue this case
