Bank of America Complaint
What Bank of America did:
Long story short someone added a personal checking or savings account to my account, and transferred every cent I had in there, $4,446.92. I filed a dispute about 10 minutes after the iccident happened. They person had changed my telephone and email address so I wasn’t getting updates about my account on my phone. Then they would not tell me where my money went, and have repeatedly denied my claim with more than sufficent evidence it was not me.
