What Bank of America did:
My small business was the victim of fraud. This fraudulent activity was found out by the bank. Not only did it cause me to lose the inventory that was the result of the fraud but the bank even though it suffered no loss from the activity. Closed my account and then refused to give me the money that was later deposited into my account. Through other entities. Claiming my account was partially closed. Meaning they could accept money deposited but no longer issue my funds to me. The loss of not only the inventory but also prior revenues what catastrophic to my business and I do net believe it will recover
