DoorDash Complaint
What DoorDash did:
A Doordash driver who did not speak English got confused an accidentally called another resident of my building. They had a bad exchange and he thought it was me! It wasn’t. He then threatened to beat up my partner, gauge their eyes out, and initially refused to give me my order. He kept translating on his app “here’s all the things I will do to this man if he comes down and talks to me.”
When I was able to get away, he proceeded to call and text my phone. He stayed outside my house. When I tried to contact Doordash they left me alone for nearly an hour! And I had no idea if he is still outside of my house. They refuse to respond. This many has my address and is physically threatening! I feel unsafe in my own home.
