What Verizon Wireless did:
I have business account with Verizon. My shop is run by internet. I’ve lost internet since Sunday, 9/10. After numerous calls with them some lasted over hours. The technician came out on 9/13 and worked on 2 hrs. Left unsolved and left me a number for Verizon manager. Today 9/14, I called manager named Ray *****. He told me he will send someone out at noon to get to bottom of this. I was hopeful for a minute. Of course nothing. I am a very disappointed customer who’s been with verizon over 20 years. Verizon is no Joke especially with customer services. This isn’t the first time. I didn’t have internet for over a week back in April.
