What Verizon Wireless did:
My business have no internet for 5th day now and it’s affecting my business. Sales are 30% down due to no phone ordering, no credit cards processing, no POS orders online. I was on the phone with Verizon 21 times 5hours 47 minutes within 4 days to be accurate. Technician came out yesterday at 8:30 (9/13/2023, Wednesday) He left didn’t resolve the issue still not working. I can’t call tech support or customer service anymore. Back in April my business didn’t have internet service for over a week. They never compensated or even gave me any credit. I lose sales without internet.
