What Verizon Wireless did:
I have had my cell phone since December of 2021 and it is now September of 2023. I have had nothing but problems with this phone. I have no service most of the time. It continues to go into SOS mode. I can only send and receive text messages or use the internet on the phone. I can not make or receive any phone calls because the service is that bad. If I wasn’t buying the phone I would cancel service with them. They won’t let me pay off the phone but yet I can’t use it. I am paying almost $100 a month for a phone I can’t use. It’s a waste of money. I have complained many time and Verizon does nothing about it. I have taken my phone into them to be fixed and the people who work for Verizon don’t have a clue on how to fix the problem. So I am raked over the coals for a cell phone that can’t be used not even for emergencies. I have a signal booster at my house and it does nothing to help. It doesn’t work at all once I leave my house. It goes into SOS mode as soon as I leave my house.
Verizon is taking advantage of me and robbing me blind!!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!
