What DoorDash did:
I asked for my full refunded on my order back and was goven 5.16 credit i asked for refund because i asked for daves double burger with tomato and onion and was given a single burger and cold fries 2 small drinks cuz they were out of med cup. I was to pay 19.54 and was charged over 22.00 for the order i asked for my money back. I asked for a manager and was told a manger will only tell me the dame we gave you a 5.16 credits. It sad we gett crappie food and the do not care. And they charge way over the price for it. You cant even get any one to help you. I wish to state a class action suite against door dash i am not the all customer for sure. When i did some research it clearly says if you aske for refund they will refund ur money. This has to stop and these restaurants dont care who they send our food its hard cold, raw just suck.
