What DoorDash did:
My husband ordered from DoorDash. We ordered wine and a box of diet sodas. When he told me he ordered I asked him to add a two Liter soda. We received a call from the dasher saying that the wine was canceled. We didn’t cancel it. A bit later the driver brings the 2 liter, took my husbands id and left. We reported the missing wine that was charged, and we were denied compensation because we were told it was delivered. We contacted customer support and were denied again. We contacted the merchant who told us the order was canceled by DoorDash. Again we contacted DoorDash and again were denied a refund. We were treated like we were lying about not receiving the merchandise even though one phone call to the merchant proves our claim.
