What DoorDash did:
On Friday September 22, 2023. Door-dash support denied my refund. The restaurant messed up my order and the food wasn’t fresh items were missing once arriving after waiting over an hour for delivery. I contacted customer service and was denied a refund instead I was given $3.20 after speaking with an agent and was promised over the phone a full refund even though I didn’t ask for it I was willing to take a partial refund for the stuff that was wrong. I talked to several people on chat support I kept getting denied and removed from the chat without resolution and I’m upset.
