What DoorDash did:
They took my money and refuse to help and or refund or credit my account. I was missing items as well as my order was made improperly. I paid over 25 dollars and they are fine with just taking your money and not satisfying the customer. And too too it off my account says I have to sign for my orders, yet the dasher left it on my step and signed themselves. Totally unethical and unprofessional. I am pregnant and on bed rest and live alone. I have no car and I always order groceries and meals though door dash and other platforms. I had to go to another platform to reorder and spend another 25 dollars actually more to get the food I wanted. I will not use DoorDash ever again. They are unprofessional and not at all about customer service!
