DoorDash Complaint
What DoorDash did:
I’ve had multiple discriminating situations with dasher support where I was talked to unprofessional and my dasher account was tampered with as well as told they were going to make sure I don’t dash anymore do to me complaining about the dasher support doing their job as a support to the dashers I have multiple screenshots as my evidence and supervisors have actually caught the dasher support red handed in tampering with my dasher account the Dasher support unassigned 7 of my orders and just so happened I clicked over and called back to speak with someone and that Dasher support contacted her supervisor and the supervisor caught the other Dasher unassigning my orders trying to get me deactivated. I’ve asked for the corporate office or the headquarters number to speak with someone about all the times I have spoken to the (so called) Dasher support team but was never given a number or email…they have recorded calls about all my complaints and I was told every time they were going to fix the situation but the dasher support have me tagged so every time I call they treat me like trash and that’s not fair because I’m a top dasher and is just doing my job. They are interfering with my income as well as slandering my name because I’m calling them out on their job
