What DoorDash did:
Doordash has a policy that they dashers have to follow. I messaged my dasher and told him to ring buzzer 5 and my son will be down to get my food. I looked at the app again after sending my son down and it said order completed. However my son came back to with no food. I hurried to the parking lot called the dasher on the phone and asked him who he give my food to. He said three guys was standing there and said they was my son and he gave them my food. He called customer care and left and I called door dash to get my refund. They said I can’t cause the order was completed. So here it is your dasher made a mistake and I have to take the fall. That’s not fair I paid 37 dollars and Received no food and this is not the first or second time this is happening.
