What AT&T did:
I’m a senior citizen that half a bill that is 999 a month they let it go for two or three months and then charge you 1999 for a late fee every month and wait till your bill get almost $100 and I also have a card on file to pay direct deposit so I forget all about the 999 a month they can assume been paid because there’s no disconnection however today I was made to pay 6898 to avoid disconnection when I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and my bill is 999 a month and the only month that I miss was August and September. This has went on for 7 years.
