What DoorDash did:
My account was deactivated alleging fraud and they didn’t give specifics on their allegations.
I know i didn’t commit any fraud to beat the system and it looks like Doordash encourages customers who defraud the system, claiming that they didn’t receive their food. I have written many times asking Doordash to make it a policy for a customer complaining about not receiving their food to call the driver 1st and if they didn’t, they were defrauding bc they wouldn’t call a driver that just delivered their food. I believe so many dashers are facing similar issues of deactivation unjustly.
There’s no way the Dasher can even evaluate their allegations bc they never give specifics.
