What Verizon Wireless did:
I signed up for business internet back in March 2023 and was quoted $68.99 plus fees for montly 100G 5G service. The modem was to be free on a promotion and I only had to pay the sales tas. My first bill I was overcharged by $20 because a phone line was added without my permission as well as they charged me equipment fees. I worked with my original inside sales person to fix the billing issue and had to close multiple accounts and overpay just to clear the issues. Upon 3rd attempt to fix my account they reactivated multiple lines of service and now no one is communicating with me and none of the business internet customer service numbers are in service. I have proof of my payments, communications with Verizon and default notices. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card comapny to retreive my overpayment in June as well as filed a complaint with the FCC
