What AT&T did:
I returned a iPhone13 back in March of this year. Somehow they can’t handle a return and say the have to check the warehouse. Numerous phone calls, nothing is ever resolved. Now I’m being charged $729.99 for a phone I don’t have. I have a small business and this is stressing me out, spending a lot of time on hold and giving the tracking number every time. I can’t get through to anyone who does anything or follows up it.
