What AT&T did:
I purchased additional lines on my account promised the activation fees would be erased, rep then added an additional already on my account insurance I never approved of and all the new phone she added on her own wood hotspot where I only it on 2 lines previously. I have about 8-10 lines now there’s Wi-Fi hotspot on just about all of them. I never was able to get the promised activation fees waved and ended up with. $2000 bill for the month of September and was basically told they couldn’t help and set up a payment plan.
