What Straight Talk Wireless did:
Yesterday 9/29/23 I called into straighttalk and refilled my service for one month. After this same day in the evening they auto charged me AGAIN. I called they issued a refund told me it was fixed on recording, but this morning 10/1/23 I was charged again but with $4 added to the total amount charged. There was a second attempt almost immediately again but I believe venmo blocked the charge it shows on their website but not in my bank receipts. I did not consent to all these charges on my account. The customer service has cut me off conversations not asking if I’m all set in anyway.
