U-Haul Complaint
What U-Haul did:
I had a storege unit with them on the 7th floor, elevator has been down for more then 3 months i have moved out of the unit due to relocation and had to take all my belongings out and down 7 floors, in those belongings include a refrigerator where it ended up not working after taking it down due to the constant step drop . I was promise 1 month reimbursement i have called multiple times but the manager Maria Cash has not got back to my with any answers.
