What uber eats driver did:
I had a promotion 140 deliveries for 1000 by oct 1,2023. In the midst of me ubering on Oct 1, it shut off in the middle of the day around 7 and i contacted uber support and talked to about 6 people and only 1 person at the end understood that the promotion had no expiration time and she stated she would send it to her boss and i would get contacted back in 1 full business . On oct 2 i received no call. Today at 10 am i contacted support again and a woman stated she talked to her boss and that it was basically nothing i could do because it expired. I asked to speak to a higher person and the women just stated she would try to find somebody. I stood on the phone for 30 plus minutes and the phone hung up on me. and i have not received a call back.
