What Optimum did:
Internet going off and on since August. They sent 3 techs to house. Said it’s all good in house. I keep telling them the problem is on the pole where the connector is and no one bothers to listen. All customer service wants is to charge you for their service not working. Also, they went up $15.00 more a month which is a rip off to all customers. Think everyone should file major complaint with the BBB and courts for the price increase.
