Optimum Complaint

What Optimum did:
Optimum fraudulently took money off my credit card after i responded to their text asking if i wanted to pay my bill now, i text No and they still took my money. Mind you the bill isn’t due yet. I called customer service and was told they cant refund my money i then asked to speak to a supervisor and when he got on the line he said Optimum doesn’t text or call customers about billing which is a lie i have text proof with one of their representatives texting me. And once i signed in online it shows they did take my money off my card and i NEVER gave them permission to do so. The bill wasn’t even due yet. Please help
