What Verizon Wireless did:
Verizon Wireless offered all customers a free iPhone 13 in 2022. I took this offer. The iPhone they sent was not working. Verizon Tech support determined I need a replacement phone. I sent free phone back and it was replaced with working phone. I then began being charged monthly for this replacement phone. While both myself and Verizon have receipt of returned phone, and Verizon has agreed they should not be charging me the erroneous extra $50 a month, they continue to charge me since July of 2022. In this time, I have had 5 different Verizon representatives spend hours on the phone with me to resolve this. Each one sees the mistake. Each time I am promised a full refund of overpayment. I have not been refunded, and I continue to be overcharged, only now, it’s an extra $80 a month, not $50.
