What AT&T did:
AT&T is attempting to charge me $268.00 claiming unreturned equipment for internet service. I still have about 7 lines of mobile service with them and they are restricting my account claiming I need to pay this amount before I can add a line of service to my account. What is confusing to me is I just added a line of service in August of this year to my account. AT&T claims this issue was from an old account and they are unwilling despite ever effort on my part to resolve this issue. Account #********, escalation ticket# 646103. Please help me resolve this matter.
