What T-Mobile did:
They first go to tell me that once I got approved for a 800$ spending limit that I was approved for that I could only get 4 phones and I would have to pay 250$ for the service deposit so I argued to him those shouldn’t be the only phones I should be able to get so I said please tell me all the phones under 800$ he goes to say for example if you get the pixel phone you would have to pay a 500$ and something deposit plus the 250$ deposit gift the service fee which I really didn’t understand at all why two deposits if I’m eligible for a eligible for a certain spending limit and that phone was under that so I asked to speak to someone else which I told him I had the right to disk to someone else and he’s supposed to transfer me if I ask to speak to someone else like a manager he said that he did not have to transfer me at all it’s not his job so I proceeded to all for his name he gave it to me then I proved to ask him for his badge number he stairs he didn’t have one at all which is not correct st all
