What T-Mobile did:
I went to the T-Mobile store to become a new user, I got set up with an account and traded my phone in within a promotion that pays off my previous carriers bill. I handed over my phone and began my service. After not receiving the promotional funds to pay off my bill, I noticed that T-Mobile did not add a trade in to my Account and stated they never received the phone. After going back and retrieving footage of my giving my phone up, corporate wants to take no action to reimbursing me for the money I paid for the previous bill. Idk what to do.
