What AT&T did:
I have had my Internet unplugged for 3 months and am still getting charged for overages that don’t exist. No one can explain it and transfers me every single time at least 15 times. I call daily and somehow they also have no record of me calling. They also won’t even tell me how to cancel service, so I’m still getting charged for Internet I don’t want.
