What Chime did:
I have filed a dispute for $616.50 someone used my card at ATM on Blue Rhino Propane two hours from where I am, even provided proof that I was in Belk two hours aways when someone took $203 out my account. I have provided proof to Chime 3 times already, I have done everything they asked me to do, last time I called they asked for police report, when I submit proof it only take less then 24 hours for them to send me a email saying denied, then one message said I was responsible for those funds! I do not think so! They are making me late on my bill, and even have already sent me a new card. I have waited a month already, and not even a credit of money added back to my account while waiting for investigation. I even spoke with a manager and she did the same thing told me to send some proof more, then within 24 hours I would get an email saying denied. It’s almost Christmas, I have kids and bills and I have never in my life have had a company do this to me! Someone stole my taxes of $3000 from Bluebird, they got my money back to me within 2 weeks. Someone stole $1200 from another prepaid card I had I sent the letter they asked me to send and I received all my money back. Chime is stealing my money from you that someone already stole, and I am tired of it. I’m taking action, and will not stop untill I get my full refund back asap! I am disabled, I have so much proof I did not use my money in Columbia on propane!!!
