Uber Complaint

What Uber did:
I had an incident earlier in the beginning of this year(2023) with a rider who was very rude and wanted to put an animal in my vehicle that was not a service animal. I was still willing to give her a ride if she would hold it during the ride. She then stated I had to give her ride and she was not getting out. She reported me to Uber and they blocked my account to do an investigation. Then after the investigation they unblocked my account which means that was not a service animal causing me to miss money. A couple of weeks later after that incident I picked that same rider up at a different location and the dog was not with her. Even though she tried to get me kicked off the app I still completed the ride and was still polite her. Fast forward to today 11/29/2023 I was reported again by that same rider. My account has been completely deactivated and this was how I was making a living. I explained to the Uber representative about the same situation and told them that she tired the same thing earlier in the year. My account was still deactivated. As a driver I am treated like crap when I get out here everyday and work sometimes all day long from day-night just for someone to say anything and interfere with how I make my money.
