What Apple did:
I was charged for a purchase my sister made on her phone. My card had previously been on her I cloud months earlier but was taken off that same day . On 11/27/2023 I was charged twice , once for 52.99 and again for 3.17 I was also charged an additional two times one amount was another 3.17 and the other was 10.99 . I contacted apple to see how I was possibly getting charged for a purchase I didn’t make on a phone that did not have my card on it . The woman who was assisting me told me that my card information was attached to my sisters phone in their own network but not on her physical phone . I asked for her to fully refund me for all the charges and to permanently remove my bank information form her phone , it was done and she told me that the refund process would take 28-48 hours. I waited 72 hours just to be sure and my money was not put back into my account but my account was not in the negative for 42$ I called apple back and asked the gentleman who answered to update me on my refund and he said Apple declined my refund request. He told me that he could resubmit the request and I kindly asked him to do so . He said it would take another 24-48 hours so I waited and I still have not received my refund. My account will only continue to charge me interest for being in the negative but I was not responsible for how my money was taken out of my account and I would like it back .
