What Chime did:
I have an account with chime and I have 550.00 in my chime account and they have locked my account saying they need my bank statement with the last 4 digits of my debit card, I sent the statement on12/3/2023, and they keep emailing me saying they haven’t received it and until I send it again they will not unlock my account
