What Bank of America did:
Bank of America lost funds from consumer’s business account during a wire transfer. The funds have been withdrawn from the sender’s account and the recipient never received the funds. All information requested in the wire transfer was correctly provided. The funds have been completely lost. Bank of America denies any responsibility and will not take action, nor event provide an explanation for the occurrence.
