What DoorDash did:
Two orders were placed and both orders were wrong. I sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received. Spoke with multiple agents that did not have any professionalism. I explained that I ordered for my children to have food after school. To rectify a redelivery or refund would be appreciated. The laughter I received after mentioning that I needed at least a refund because that was my last, was unreal. I was told I would still be waiting for 24hrs and nothing can be done until then.
