What Capital One Bank did:
I bought a ticket through Capital One Travel, using a Capital one Credit card. When I showed up for my flight, the Airline Carrier cancelled my ticket for an erroneous reason. This cost me the price of my ticket AND additional expense to secure another ticket. Totaling around $2100. I filed a dispute at Capital One about the original cost of the ticket and they denied my claim because apparently its a Non-refundable ticket. I made it clear to them that the Airline Involuntarily Denied my boarding which is how I missed my flight and lost all my money. I would like to take Capital one to court now or arbitration for the Money I lost to buy the ticket and the additional money I had to pay for buying a replacement ticket. Because I trusted Capital one, and their travel company to get me a ticket without any problems.
