I upgraded my device over the phone per supervisors suggestion over the phone for the first time. I requested a signature upon delivery was told no problem. Phone was listed delivered. Upon arriving at home nothing was there. My husband and I upgraded our cell phones at a Verizon Wireless store. We believed we were getting a buy one, get one free deal. This deal required adding a new, third, line. After some time, one of the old lines could be canceled. My husband wanted to keep his cell number (ending in ****). I had verbal confirmation with the salesman that my cell number (ending in ****) is the one that would later be canceled. My new cell phone was supposed to have a new number (ending in ****). In the month of April 2019, T Mobile had a promotion of buying one phone, add a second line and get a second phone for free. With excitement I called Tmobile for the wonderful off. In the process of the agent processing my product, the agent admitted he made an error which in any case it was not a big deal because mistakes do happen. Although I was on hold for more than two hours, I was in expectant of getting the issue resolved. After four hours the agent was not able to rectify the problem. My account was charged of 154.00 amounted to 456multiple times, because their system still assumes I wanted three lines instead of two lines. I bought a phone and new service on June 27. Since the first day I have had them the service has been terrible! My internet might as well be non exsitant, phone calls get dropped or the person on the other end can’t hear me! Cricket Wireless Complaint

I have had Cricket for years and suddenly my account went from unlimited 4 LTE to speeds “up to 3 LTE” a new plan appeared “Unlimited Plus” and same price. but would charge me on my second line $15.00 more. I have no desire to upgrade that 2nd line. I should be Grandfathered in my old plan if plans changed. I have called Cricket a dozen times. Their offshore reps while polite are 100% useless. Over 1 1/2 years, I have had internet theft, fully investigated, proven and credits given, with the promise of comcast that if I moved it would stop, it didn’t, I am disabled and they talked me into an upgrade for in limited internet, but still theft continues at new address, and no one can help. I teach classes in an online classroom. I have done this for over a year using AT&T internet. I was upgraded to 6mbps internet speed and my speed worked for many months. On 6/28/2019, my internet ceased to function. I contacted techincal support and they did a diagnostic. They determined that the problem was with the outside line. They scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out on 7/5/2019. I was informed that this was the earliest appointment I could get.
