I was in the midst of mortgage refi with Wells Fargo when we had to close our dental offices down due to the pandemic – for the dental offices to not compete for PPE with the medical frontline workers. T-Mobile customer service lied to me and charged me after cancellation

In July 2019, after cancelling my monthly service with them, T-Mobil contacted me claiming I needed return what they claim was “loaned” equipment sent to me over 6 years ago. At that time, I was experiencing no service in my home and the customer service team said they would send me a “signal booster” to correct the issue. At no point was I told this equipment was a loan, it was not marked as T-Mobile loaned equipment in any way. The issue was largely corrected with in my home until I moved 3 and ½ years ago.
