First Premier Bank Hurt my Credit and Locked my Account

First Premiere from the moment I opened the car. (December 5, 2019)has lied or failed to be honest and have reported inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. I have never missed a payment and paid early ever single time. I have never paid any interest since I opened the card. I’ve filed a complaint with CFPB because of their reporting practices. This month they have suspended my card and asked me to prove my bank account information for trying to pay early. In the matter of two days they have reported this information to the credit buresu Equifax and dropped my score 30 points. I have a Capital One card and have never had as much grief over having a credit card. My balance is $66 dollar

Frontier Communications Communications put incorrect info on my credit report

On June 12, 2018 my set top box was delivered to your docks via UPS in the return equipment box provided by Frontier. Tracking # ***************. Frontier checked it into their system Nov 2018, after 5 months. On July 27,2018 they wrote of the account and forwarded the unpaid balance to Eastern Accounts. It’s now shows up as a derogatory public record on my Equifax report.

Experian wrongly sent my account to collections and hurt my credit score

Experian is providing an artificially low credit score to places that I’ve applied for credit causing me to be denied. They are reporting a score of 623 and the other 2 bureaus- Equifax and Transunion are reporting 701. They continue to report late payments on a Bank of America card and American Express card that we’re either sent to collections or settled in a lawsuit .

Comcast customer service lied to me about the price and it didn’t work as advertised, Put incorrect info on my credit report

This company is a bully! I have been literally in tears behind the outrageous behavior of Xfinity/Comcast. I have been overcharged. My services have been horrible and when you complain they disconnect the services remove devices deactivate equipment and so much more!! My latest is I was told several times and also reminded that we are on a recorded line with this new lie!! And I quote ” If you are bringing your own device up to 2 lines there is NO CREDIT CHECK PERIOD! NONE! NOT SOFT OR HARD! Bank of America Complaint

For the last 2 years, there has been unauthorized access to my personal information held by BOA. In 2019, I called to inquire about my mortgage tax documents because I had not received them. BOA said they sent them to a PO Box at the request of the other borrower. This turned out to be a lie. I called the Postmaster General and they opened an investigation. The IG thought it weird that the mortgage statements and all other correspondence comes to the property address, but tax docs do not. The outcome was that BOA said I had been the victim of ID theft. Experian misled by sales reps and product wasn’t what i was promised

Every other Credit Bureau has a much higher score (+50) than Experian! Also, they promote their boost program which does NOT work at all. Just a spinning Internet Explorer logo until the system times out. Also, they are using Model 8 with is an old model as everybody else uses Model 9. Their support staff barely speaks English and it’s like talking to a machine, always the same answer, call back another day, nobody is here help you!

I have been a Verizon wireless and fios customer for many years now. In January of 2019 I decided to move to a different unit in my apartment building and I called Verizon to ask about transferring services to my new unit. I asked if this would create an inquiry on my credit report as I did not want that since I already had an account and just wanted to essentially move my service to a different part of the building. I am a part of the equifax data breach. There is an alias listed on my credit report as well as his bills, employee address and home address(several). I have also got many items disputed off my credit and also had to get credit monitoring and add a fraud alert on my credit report. I moved from Virginia Beach to Exmore VA. I wished I had done due diligence research. I usually do but did the human thing and trusted to wrong advice. I even purchased all of the equipment (well over $400.00) because I had an old fraud alert on my Equifax from when the 5 million breach and they denied me credit. (My credit is fine).
