    ADT Lied About the Price

    We have never in our lives felt this violated as customers and consumers and we don’t take our claim lightly. There are no words to describe how ADT violated our trust every step of the way, and we never thought that we would be robbed blind by the security company that is supposed to keep our family and our home safe. From the very beginning of ADT’s sales process, they consistently told us one thing, applied pressure, predatory, bait and switch sales tactics every step of the way, and then they refused to let us out of a contract that did not at all reflect what they told us verbally every step of the way while not allowing us the time to read documents that they called “work orders”….

    ADT/Protect Your Home Bad Customer Support

    I thought I contacted ADT to install a security system, but apparently the installation company is called Protect Your Home. The equipment never worked and so we asked to have it removed within 30 days of installation. They (Protect Your Home) reluctantly sent out an employee to remove the equipment which he did in such a thoughtless manner that it left gaping holes in my wall (some 3″ square or so), ripped paint off of our exterior doors, left countless holes in the walls, and disfigured windows and panes throughout the house.     ADT Won’t let me cancel

    The sales rep falsely represented their product. She assured me there would be no delay in contact ting their call center after the alarm went off when alarm was set on instant. This was VERY important to me. Two weeks later I tested the alarm on instant and did not get a call from their call center asking if we were ok! I called ADT about it and they then told me that their company has a policy that no signal is re wives at their call center until the alarm has been going off for 30 to 60 seconds!!!! Someone could have a fun to your head and force you to turn off your alarm by the time they would receive the signal!! It’s useless for home invasion!!! The sales rep was deceptive when she sol

    I signed a contract for ADT to provide a security system for my home which was compatible with Control4 smart home system. I was assured that I would get a system that was compatible with Control4. It was written on contract by salesperson. When technician came to install they said the system they had was not compatible with Control4 they would order what was needed and reschedule. They rescheduled and set up system.

    They lied to us about the services and I purchased a security system and cameras and wasn’t given second camera and it took them 62 days to come around to install them when they did they drilled holes in my stain glass window frame to run wires through. Charged me for two months with no cameras that I paid for. Needless to say wouldn’t let me out of a contract for things I never gotten.
