    On October 3, 2019, I purchased tickets for a party of four to fly from JFK to Mexico city on the morning of January 9, 2020. On January 8, 2020, trying to check in for the flight the following day, I was informed that the flight had been cancelled as JetBlue had decided not to fly to Mexico City after January 8. I was told that had been sent a notice several weeks earlier by email. However, none of the four of us had ever received an email from JetBlue. The only option they could provide was an afternoon flight on Interjet, which would have arrived long after the event we were scheduled to attend.

    American didn’t deliver what they promised

    I recently traveled on American Airlines from Palm Springs, CA to Chicago, Il. I checked my golf clubs in as luggage, had an adequate baggage case for it, and AA completely destroyed my golf club. They broke it in half. AA said because the casing was soft, not hard, they are not responsible for the damaged golf club. They acknowledge they caused the damage in the email. I would like to sue them for the damage.

    United gave me a $500 ETC and I can’t use it. I’ve tried 3 times. First time I purchased a ticket last year. When I reached the payment point on the United website. There was supposed to be an option to use said certificate. There was not. So I called United and they said they would refund the $500 off my airfare I already paid. I took the flight traveling round trip but no refund ever appeared. I call United again. They said. It was never processed but couldn’t tell me why that was??? Now I try to purchase another ticket to use the $500 ETC and it again is not available when purchasing on there website as promised. I’m tired of being lied to and run around.     They promised reimbursement for a delaid flight up to $400 for each person in our party (it was 5 of us) so we can book tickets with another company, we did it with United and spent only $800 in total and after 7 weeks such a poor communication with forntier they said that we are not eligible for reimbursment only for partial credit of the first amount that we bought tickets with them ,they refund me $206 instead of $780.So upset words can not describe how frustrated it is ,now I have a debt of $800 and so much time and nerves that no one will return to me .
