    American Airlines Claim for Compensation

    Issued 2 seperate personalized cards…. (I ALREADY OWN ONE SO I DIDNT REQUEST THEM) And since my return from the IRS…. I haven’t received a stitch of mail. They do not answer their phones, there is no recourse but this. My card is signed up for direct deposit for my stimulus as well as my Unemployment benefits during this pandemic.     I recently traveled on American Airlines from Palm Springs, CA to Chicago, Il. I checked my golf clubs in as luggage, had an adequate baggage case for it, and AA completely destroyed my golf club. They broke it in half. AA said because the casing was soft, not hard, they are not responsible for the damaged golf club. They acknowledge they caused the damage in the email. I would like to sue them for the damage.

    I have booked a flight from Austin to El Paso with a connecting flight in Dallas. The Dallas flight got delayed supposedly for weather issues but the pilot said prior departure, that there were some things that they had to check hence the delay in flights. The plane arrived in Dallas at 8:02pm and the connecting flight to El Paso was scheduled to leave at 8:31pm. I ran and got to the gate at 8:17pm ( verifiable by surveillance cameras) to find the announcement of El Paso flight closed. When I approached the specialist, he ignored me for the first minutes and after a while just printed out what turned out to be, a hotel and meal voucher and a boarding pass for following day flight.
