Its kinda of long… long story short. They owe me atleast 120 in cash. And I feel more for my time.. and more for the new service I had to set up… and the heart ach of not having access to my Facebook because of them..

I bought my phone May 26/2020 I have no service at all and paid $216 for iPhone 7. I have been on the phone with them, with tech support and nobody knows what is going on… tried to return my phone but it’s 8 days after I bought it…. their return policy is 7

I paid to switch frim a daily three dollar plain back to a monthly plan after i paid i got less than 15 day’s of service and cut me off i had call and fight with there less than average customer service. to get my services restored and they kept asking me for more money to do this. they also hung up on me several tomes had me on hold for over 30 minutes at a time and transfered me to locations that had nothing to do with my situation

Boost will not unlock my phone when I’ve been with boost for 6 years, I’ve had a different phone due to it being hacked I bought a new phone wanting to get it switched because I no longer get service on my boost mobile phone, I already paid to switch my phone to Verizon and paid $70 to switch my phone because boost told me a week ago that I was allowed to switch my carrier which they are now saying I’m not allowed to do. I called customer service on may 15th explained the situation they said phone will be unlocked in 72 hours, called back today (may 16) and the lady said there was no calls to them yesterday they had erased my call from the history.

I paid $60.00 monthly plan to boost. I didn’t use any of the $60.00 because my phone broke I tried to start service on another Boost Mobile phone I was told it cannot be done I ask for a refund and was told that they have messages being sent and received on that account I’ve been asking to speak to manager and I’m being told that I can’t speak to a manager I never use any of the $60 because I didn’t have a phone to use that with they won’t tell me the phone numbers then we’ll be back to messages they won’t give me any information the only thing they’re saying is that could have happened to they have no proof to substantiate their claim
