    Boost Mobile misled me with false advertising and sales reps

    Ive paid and called numerous times to customer service only to be lied to and ripped off . they are fully aware that their towers are down and my phone service has been down since January .ive been promised my money back .compensation . apologies and none of them has happend they all hang up on me once they realize that their is a mistake on there end. Ive talked to numerous supervisors and now my phone is turned off for none payment. Iam in the middle of starting a medical malpractice lawsuit ive missed calls from lawyers calls from my kids school when yhey were sick my boyfriend missed numerous job oppertunities its been a hassel and everyday they just hang up on me im so frusterated

    I purchased a cool pad surf through boost mobile I tried to cancel the payment but it wouldn’t allow me to They sent me the product I called and had to talk to several agents to get an address to send it back along with rem number. It was received on January 22 I still haven’t got a refund yet after several attempts to speak with an agent all I get is a run around.

    I have purchased a new iPhone XR from the Boost Mobile website a few months ago while I was in the U.S. Once I have got the phone, I realized It’s going to be locked for a year with Boost Mobile. Since my job requires me to travel very often for a long period, I decided to get a refund and I had a call with one of the team members from Boost Mobile and he said he’s going to send me a refund ticket to my office address so that I can send it back to them.     Boost Mobile Complaint

    Made a $60 payment via debit card in person at a Texas Boost store in on 12/1/2019. The $60 pending transaction (with receipt) reflects in my checking account. Both my wife and I received a call from a Boost Rep. conveying $63 was short in an employee’s till. The Rep. also threatened to void the payment, stating, “I had not paid.” Soon after the call concluded, I checked my account, and the payment had been voided. How is this legal if I have retained my payment receipt, the pending payment reflected in my checking account, and a Boost payment confirmation was sent via text to my wife’s Boost cellular number?
