    Charter Spectrum customer service lied to me about the price and it didn’t work as advertised

    They blew me off twice when i called for service. They said they have web hosting and they don’t.     HughesNet customer service lied to me about the price and it didn’t work as advertised

    I responded to an ad in the mail and got HughesNet on 1/18/20. I was told 2-year contract for $29.95 a month for 6 months and $59.95 for 18 months thereafter. I have NEVER received anything in writing from them. I don’t stream anything, I just need internet and phone. Charges on my cell phone went way over my customary allotment while trying to deal with their poor internet/phone connection. They charged my credit card $29.93 on 1/19/20, then an additional $4.59 on 1/21/20. Now, an additional $101.71 on 2/21/20.

    Comcast customer service lied to me about prices

    We signed up for Comcast Xfinity for my 77 yr old mother who has only $100 of expendable income each month. The representative at the Xfinity office said they could offer her basic cable for only $30 p month plus a hookup fee. We paid the start up fees and deposits in November 2019. As it turns out upon receiving our first bill, the monthly charges were $53.32 w no cable news or 24 hour networks other than shopping channels. My mother said she has no cable news channels like CNN or Weather channel despite renting their cable box for $5 p month . We were told those were part of the “basic” cable plan .     DirecTV customer service lied to me

    Some reason my bill was 334 month. it always was 136.63. I called few days I had payment due Febuary 10th. So when I called bill was way too much. I have records on my phone when I called first time I call guy was rude and worst CSR Wouldnt let you talk He said I owed bill for December lie I look on bank records I paid 135.63 on 12 16 2019. I just hung up get aggravated. I call again she said I owe bill for November look at bank records paid bill in November on 11 12 2019 135.63. Then I call next day she said my last payment was January 10th 132.81 owed. Some reason this Febuary I owed 136.63 bill was due 10th. I call it said 334 which bunch of lies bill went from 135.63 to 198 no notic

    Comcast customer service lied to me and charged me after cancellation

    When I initially signed up for Comcast business they customer service specialist said I have 30 days to cancel the 2 year contract. I called the following week and canceled but was told I could not do so and was bound to the contract. I cancelled my personal WiFi and was charged to cancel that, while staying with the business WiFi. Now a year later called to cancel as I’m moving out of state and they don’t offer service where I am moving, they want to charge me a breech if contract of $650. I should not be penalized at this point.
