    Frontier Communications Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    About a month ago I started having trouble with my service. I have talked with tech support multiple times. Chatted with them multiple times. Been lied to by at least two tech support staff, one of which told me he’d have a tech out the next morning, and that he’d get me a credit. I ended up having to deal with their executive office as a result of the BBB complaint; that ended with my internet fixed. A month later and the same issue. I had a service ticket opened but was told “something went wrong” and the visit was never scheduled.     AT&T Wrongly Sent Account to Collections or Impacted My Credit Score

    On or around 2017. I added a line to my phone at ATT. I was talked into adding Direct TV. I was then told I was eligible for a bundle with digital life for $1.00 a month. When my bill came I was charged. I went back to ATT and was told the cycle required up to 3 months but the bill would adjust. After 3 months the bill did not adjust and I was sent to collections. I went back to ATT but the salesperson was no longer there. No one could assist as the matter was in collections. I tried to cancel the service.     AT&T Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    Left AT&T in November 2019 due to lies and mismanagement of family plan causing great distress to my elderly mother and father. A bill remained that got pushed onto my account that still remains even though it was not directly mine. The bill is still on my account to this day and collections still attempts to collect while hurting my credit.
    Fast forward to January 2020 I returned to AT&T only to have major security issues occur that to this day have not been resolved to the point that fraud was involved on more than one account.
