    Allstate Complaint

    My parked car was hit and damaged by persons using the insured’s vehicle. I filed a police report for damages. I called Allstate immediately and explained my side. Allstate put my claims in expedite which meant they were responsible. Allstate later told me they would not pay because they could not contact the insured. Allstate sent me directions for estimates. I sent estimates as requested because Allstate related they are not in Hawaii. Allstate continued to handle my claim as if. Finally, they denied my claim relating they needed the video.     Ally Financial product wasn’t what i was promised

    I got gap insurance with Ally! I was in a very bad car accident 9/11/19. And the was totaled only had for one year filed my claim first part of October, after my insurance paid most of it there was 3300 left to. pay thus gap insurance the 2nd of December they sent.my back $49.75 which left me with a large balance and can’t get another car till paid. They said it was wear and tear but that was not mentioned on any paperwork I received, and my truck was great shape. There customer service is AWFUL!

    Allstate Complaint

    The left side of my vehicle on both doors was severely damaged from the insured’s SUV backing into my parked, unattended car at her residence. I got an estimate which the insured refused to pay after saying she would beforehand, so she said to take it up with her insurance (ALL-STATE). I did so and All-State approved an estimate and settlement from Register’s Auto Body Shop in Leland, NC that I received. As a result, register’s fixed the damages on my car (completed today, 11/21/19 but All-State has not approved liability and is being negligent just as the insured is. I have been receiving “the run around” from them hardcore. All-State has been contradicting themselves on multiple occasions

    Hi I was with stat farm my friend told me about allstat I sign up with allstat 2017 I call them I talk to agent he told me about their benefits and offers they have and claim for givens and he offer me claim for givens specially when I told him I won’t to add me son to the insurance after 2 years we had accident I find out that he was laying and we don’t have claim for givens and he put my husband car under my name and my car under my husband and I told him my husband he used his car for work I don’t know this is a care less or a trick so when we have accident all our insurance goes up I don’t know how we can trust this people you go or talk to them and you give them all your information

    Geico charged me hidden fees

    II am truly disgusted with the issue I ran into with geico. I was enrolled in autopay and apparently there was an issue on my account where they didnt charge me for September 2019 and added it to my October 2019 bill for a total of 895 dollars. I am truly disgusted that the autopay system did not work and no one could give me a reason why I wasnt charged for September. Now they are expecting me to pay a bill of almost a thousand dollars when it was no fault of my own with this incidence occurring. I did not receive a call or email about my autopayment not going through and their message center on the geico app does not alert ig you have any issues properly with a Red notification indicator.
