For 119 days I experienced a weak to no network signal. I made 2 attempts with Cricket Wireless customer support to have the issue troubleshooted. I was given 2 different reasons why I was experiencing the problem. The first reason I was given was that there was a temporary maintenance taking place on the 2 closes phone towers near my zip code. I was provided with Cricket Wireless standard troubleshooting steps. After that didn’t work I called a second time and was told that the problem was do to routine system updates Cricket Wireless was making to it’s system. Cricket gave my account to a Florida hacker, transferring it first to T-mobile and then somewhere else. They never called the phone, which I still have. From there he downloaded my IPhone backup hacked all my credit cards, Paypal, all e-mail accounts (and still has them).

Cricket started charging me a reactivation fee. I have had the service for a year and have paid my bill on the 13th of the month ever since I was charged a fifteen dollars reactivation fee recently. They told me to call and have my payment day changed now they want to charge me right dollars extra a month because I changed my bill payment date.

I purchased a phone from cricket wireless and their system was down so they were supposed to be putting my refund back on my debit card. That happened back in November 15, 2019 and they still haven’t refunded me my money. I did a police report also.

I live in Texas and have had phone service with Cricket Wireless for years with no issues. On 2-12-20 one of their stores in Miami Florida sold a Sims card to an individual with my phone number. They changed my security pin and then closed the account. The number phone number is my personal and business number. I haven’t had phone service for a week now. I need my number back as it is tied to my business and is on all my business cards. They is no telling how much business I have lost because of their screw up.

Cricket shut down their website with no warning to customers who may have been on a timed payment schedule..I believe they did thi in order to charge people a fee they just so happened to add on 2/1. After not being able to pay my bill by phone or online i was charged a reconnection fee of 15.00. The agent AND the supervisor told me ON TAPE they would credit it to my account and in doing so transferred me to the RUDEST NON ENGLISH SPEAKING ACCOUNT MANAGER possible who REFUSED to honor credit EVEN AFTER I PLAYED HER THE CALL.. and then REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR ON TAPE

I paid my phone bill then hours later my phone stop working. Screen is black. Nothing is working. I just bought the phone in December and now it’s not working. I took it to the wireless store in town and the rep is telling me it could take a week before I can have a phone. This is unfair because I don’t get a week to pay a bill.

I tried to port a number over for a 3rd line on my account and receive a free phone. At the store they ported the number then we were told it would not complete til noon the next day. On top of that we couldn’t get the free phone. So we told them to cancel the port in. They couldn’t so from there it start what is now a 4 week mission to get this removed as a pending active line which they won’t do. And now I had to pay more then my bill was to extend service plus I have no access to my account to change anything for 4 weeks now. No one seems to understand that they took a working number I had with another phone company and they destroyed it from the existence of space. They charged me 17 dol
