My vehicle was damaged at my apartment complex during a repossession of somebody else’s vehicle that was a truck from Enterprise that my neighbor rented and parked it so close to my vehicle I guess they had been trying to repo it but they couldn’t get her truck out cuz it was parked so close to mine I have it all on videotape from the apartment complex video camera they went ahead and try to move my vehicle and damaged my vehicle pretty bad and I have spoken with Enterprise and made a police report this happened on January 7 2020 at approximately 4 a.m. I have it all time stamped on the video

The company failed to properly note scratches on the car at the time of rental, then went behind my back and filed a claim with my auto insurance for $5000 worth of damages without providing a report of previous vehicle inspections.I refused to pay and have since been banned from the company and my credit score has also been affected.

I rented a truck from them for five years made my payment on time every month there was various issues throughout the rental. That were eventually handled by upper management then at the extreme end of my time with them they tried to tell me that I was behind three months payments which is absolutely impossible with them if you miss even one week payment they send someone to come and get the car from you it was their way of adding in a bunch of hidden fees and doing very bad things to my account turn to the truck and told them they are crazy I’m not paying three months extra payments when I’ve made my payment to them every single month for 5 years and they put me on a do not rent list and de

This involves Enterprise Share, short term vehicle rental similar to Zipcar. Ordered a vehicle more than a month in advance for Thanksgiving day. Vehicle was damaged and no other area vehicles were available. Refused to pay for hotel room that was non-cancellable. We had relied on the vehicle being indriveable condition. Not to mention that our 97 and 81 year old mother’s missed out on what could well be their last Thanksgiving given their health and ages. The treatment was offensive. Not apologetic and blamed us for not accepting a vehicle in the South Bronx(!) or Brooklyn (another high crime area). Was this supposed to be accomodating? Ridiculous! I had an an appointment to pick up my rental car at a body shop.When I arrived, there was no Enterprise agent.He showed up and said he thought the appointment was at 5pm.I had an appointment in 1 hour.He had a large truck with a V8. I said that I was not comfortable with a truck.I said that I need the full insurance so that I can turn the car in without any issue if there is an accident.I declined NO insurance.I specifically requested full insurance.I paid $360.00 for 15 days.I backed into a car at a gas station.I accepted full repsonsibitly b/c I am so uncomfortable in the truck and I didn’t know where he came from.Enterprise has denied my claim, stating that I did not have insurance, beyon

I was travelling from Trinidad to Detroit and have a layover in Houston and I booked a car at Houston 2 months prior to my arrival. When I got there the rep was rude and I walked away. The Manager came and I went to meet him to help me collect my booked car. I was told by him after the rep called him aside that they did not have any car available that I should leave enterprise. This happened without any incident and he told me in front of my wife and my one year old son that he will call the police on me for no reason at all after I inquired why I was not getting a car. I called enterprise for them to explain to me as other people that came got cars and I was refused service with the notion
