They promised reimbursement for a delaid flight up to $400 for each person in our party (it was 5 of us) so we can book tickets with another company, we did it with United and spent only $800 in total and after 7 weeks such a poor communication with forntier they said that we are not eligible for reimbursment only for partial credit of the first amount that we bought tickets with them ,they refund me $206 instead of $780.So upset words can not describe how frustrated it is ,now I have a debt of $800 and so much time and nerves that no one will return to me .

I took a vacation with my 2 year old. She had traveled on lots of planes, but after a long boarding process she started to get restless and unbuckling her belt. I immediately asked for help from staff – nothing. I started calming her by letting her cuddle on my lap, then asked again for help. Instead, the stewardess started threatening, escalating my LO’s meltdown. Another passenger volunteered to help me restrain her for takeoff and as needed, and she was seated and buckled as the stewardess came to announce we were being taken back to the gate and off the plane. they canceled my connecting flight offerd a flight home 2 days later. told us to sleep in the airport they really didnt care got a flight home on another airline home which cost me 789dollars just to get home from denver to california. all they did was refund 33$ for a flight from denver to california. when the claimed the weather was the problem no other airline into ontario california that day was cancelling so we watched has ever other airline left for ontario california

I took a flight w Frontier that was cancelled and refused help of any kind. I wss stranded in Chicago for 12 hours until my friend booked me another flight on American. still havent received my reimbursement after 6vmonths snd 17 hours on the phone this Airlin could csre less about their customers. i was told they purposely overbook every flight. Stupid. This is my 2nd screwed up experience w them. Once again. Flight cancelled stuck st airport 12 hours no money or not even a food voucher was offered. This airlines sucks. I will NEVER fly again because of them. I got so sick because i didnt have enough insulin to last 2 more days. Please include me in ur lawsuit

A very feminine flight attendant was upset that I wasn’t willing to listen to his explanation of why I couldnt move my seat on a plane that was 1/4 full.the flamboyant man & his co worker reported to TSA I was a threat. At which time I was asked to leave the plane. The tsa was inappropriately stearing me down causing more tension that caused me to “have a look on my face that was threatening enough to remove me. The black female attendant told tsa she heard me say a swear word & that contributed to my removal. It cost over $700 in added cost & $250 lost of income

Upon printing my boarding pass at the airport kiosk there was no selection for personal carry on item or any clue there was a separate classification between carry on item and personal item and so I was mislead in believing I had to pay for my personal item as a carry on item. Because you could only select checked bags or carry on bags and if you selected no for either the boarding pass prints “no carry on allowed” without any mention of allowing personal carry on items. When I asked the Frontier Employees at the Gate Counter, they confirmed I had a personal item and not a full sized carry on and apologized and told me to contact customer service and that they would refund my $55.00. The company had a “flying green“ promotion where if your last name was Green, you got to fly free. In the small writing explain that it would come in the form of a reimbursement. I received my reimbursement from the company and they only reimburse me for my departure flight and not for my return. After calling them, first they tried to say that I didn’t follow the dates provided in the small print which I quickly disapproved. Then they try to say it was because I didn’t fly on the same receipt. Obviously they only refunded me the smaller amount of money which was the departure flight.
