    Hertz overcharged me or charged hidden fees

    I paid 1 week for my sons rental car. Because he was waiting for his Bank of America card.He gave his new card information to Hertz. They continue to charge my card. Bank of America reversed the charges and told me not worry anymore , Hertz has to physically run my card which they did not. 30 days later Christmas morning they charged my account $2,300.00.

    Hertz overcharged me or charged hidden fees

    I was charged an extra $301 and more pending fees due to an error that the rental car company made. My rental contract states I return the vehicle on January 16th, 2020 but several costumer service agents stated that I was to return the car on January 9th, 2020. I was told this today, January 11th, 2020. I am continually being charged fees for not returning the vehicle. But I was told by the Chicago Ridge IL Hertz Rental Location that I can keep the car until January 16th, them being the original ones who drafted and signed the contract.

    Hertz misled by sales reps who charged me hidden fees

    I rented a car from there. I asked for an open ended date. We were given an “upgrade” for free because it was the only car on the lot, and we tried to apply a 20% off voucher. The manager stopped us, and told us we apply it when we pay during the return. When we returned the car we discovered we were charged a late fee, an upgrade fee, and because of the late fee the 20% off voucher could not be applied. Estimated this costed me OVER 800 dollars extra added onto the bill if I include what I would have saved with the 20% off. The manager at the time walked away after telling us to call the 1-800 number that we can find by GOOGLING. She didn’t even give us the number. I reached out to support,
