    Metro by T-Mobile Customer Service Lied to Me

    In 2018 I ported over my number to metro from boost and was given a special off for porting over with amazon prime and never could use amazon. I spent months calling in, and would get people not in the US and who never cared about my concern. It’s 2020 now and still no amazon prime. Metro even had me call amazon and cancel my account directly that way we start over and it was never completed. I didn’t even understand why I had to call them in the first place. I really need help cause my money is not appreciated nor me as a customer.

    It started when my Boyfriend and I decided to go into a MetroPCS IN NORMAN, OK on May 2nd and we had talked about getting new phones, according to the paper work the phone would cost $90 on new lines so we asked how much would 5 lines be with the 5 Samsung A20’s we where quoted around $1000.     Metro by T-Mobile Customer Service Lied to Me

    Began April 3 2020. I was told that my plan included Prime Video.It DOES NOT. I can only use Prime with my wifi. I have use ALL of my data so was charged EXTRA MONEY for hotspot . I didn’t think I needed to pay until next bill
